What is your return policy?
All products from The Mahj Lounge Collection, including Mahjong tile sets, mats, bags, racks, and accessories, are final sale and non-refundable.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will review the situation and work with you to make it right whenever possible.
*Please note that slight variations in color, engraving, and print application are a natural part of the manufacturing process and are not considered defects.
